1 General Terms
Gamex is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Gamex and its users.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions in full before using any Gamex service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Gamex.
Please Note: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Updates will be announced on the Gamex website with the effective date clearly noted.
These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the company's licensing authority.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account and enjoy betting on Gamex, the following conditions must be met:
- Registrants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
- Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts and associated funds will be permanently forfeited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts found to contain false information will be terminated.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Gamex may request a national ID, passport, or other identity document at any time for account verification.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if verification is not completed.
KYC Policy: Gamex complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Additional verification may be required for large transactions.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Gamex:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
- The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Verified accounts are processed faster.
- Gamex does not charge any deposit fees. However, charges from your payment provider may apply.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in someone else's name are not permitted. All withdrawals must be made to the registered user's own account.
4 Betting Rules & Regulations
The following rules apply when placing bets on Gamex:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live cash-out feature).
- Pre-match bets placed after a match has started will not be accepted.
- If odds change, Gamex reserves the right to accept bets at the updated odds.
- If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or incomplete, Gamex's decision shall be considered final.
- Gamex reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- The maximum payout on a single bet is subject to the limits set by Gamex.
Cricket Betting Rules: If a match is interrupted due to rain or any other reason, the result will be determined by the DLS method and bets will be settled accordingly.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Gamex offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following conditions carefully before using them:
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for each respective bonus has been fulfilled.
- Placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds (hedging) is strictly prohibited.
- Gamex reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
- Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will result in all associated accounts being closed.
If bonus abuse or system exploitation is detected, Gamex reserves the right to cancel bonuses, forfeit winnings, and permanently close the account.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gamex and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Involvement in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to manipulate the system.
- Using Gamex for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack or steal another user's account credentials.
- Attempting to introduce harmful software or viruses into the Gamex system.
- Using insider or pre-match information unlawfully to gain an advantage.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Gamex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Failure to provide documents requested for verification.
- If suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected on an account.
- Upon receipt of a court order or government directive.
Right to Appeal: Account suspension decisions may be appealed by contacting us at support@gamex.wine. Gamex will review the case within 7 business days.
8 Responsible Betting
Gamex takes responsible betting seriously. We want all our users to enjoy betting in a healthy and controlled manner.
- Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time at any time.
- Self-Exclusion can be activated at any time — from 24 hours to permanently.
- If you notice signs of betting addiction, contact our support team immediately.
- Avoid placing bets with borrowed money or funds belonging to others.
